I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location, communal facilities, and especially the staff were top-notch, the room fell short of the 9.2 rating it received. The room was nicely decorated, although my sister found the bed a bit hard at first. It was a bit chilly upon arrival but quickly warmed up, and the highlight was the dreamy bathroom with a large jacuzzi and poolside candles.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and beautiful, especially with the large Jacuzzi in the middle of the giant bathroom and poolside candles. The sitting area was just perfect, and I even loved the remote controller for the dual air con/heating unit. The service was top-notch. The staff were all so helpful and inviting, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the Blue Gate, offering a sense of safety and convenience. The dining experience was fantastic with a large spread of options cooked and presented immaculately. The facilities were impressive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is a true gem in the heart of the medina, offering clean and comfortable rooms with exceptional service. The location is superb, and the dining experience is sublime. However, some minor facility upgrades could enhance the overall stay.
